People behind the charity

The charity has 3 trustees.  Fundraisers and volunteers work to support the projects within the UK and internationally.

Paul Baldry – Chair of Trustees

As Chair of Trustees, Paul oversees the work of the charity. He has over 15 years of work and volunteering in the third-sector from local projects, mental health to major appeals and international work.

Stephen Wiseman – Fundraiser

Steve Wiseman is a freelance strategy and fundraising consultant, supporting a wide range of local charities. He helps charities to increase their capacity to realise their aims. This may include improving their funding, developing their strategies and policies, and strengthening their structures.

His previous career has included many years spent as Chief Officer of the Norwich and West Norfolk Citizens Advice Bureau, and as a lecturer, civil servant and freelance journalist. In the latter role he has authored seven titles on consumer rights and education. His qualifications include an MA in Education and Professional Development and the Diploma in Fundraising Management (Institute of Fundraising).  He is a National Council for Voluntary Organisations (NCVO) Approved Consultant.

Louise Richmond – Fundraiser

Louise Richmond has worked for local, national and international charities in a range of direct, management and fundraising roles.  Her previous career involved working for the United Nations in Social Development and as a university lecturer. Her qualifications include BA hons in Development Studies, MA in Gender Analysis in Development and Professional Certificate in Management.
